Our customer is a fast-growing hygiene product manufacturer based in the Dominican Republic, a key market in the Caribbean with increasing demand for convenient and disposable personal care products. With the rapid expansion of supermarkets, pharmacies, and e-commerce channels, the demand for wet wipes—especially baby wipes, disinfectant wipes, and travel-size wipes—has surged significantly.
Before this project, the customer relied heavily on semi-automatic equipment, which limited production capacity and created inconsistencies in product quality. To stay competitive and expand their market share across Central America and the Caribbean, the customer decided to invest in a fully automatic wet wipes production and packaging solution.
