With a packaging speed of 60–120 pieces per minute and adjustable pack size ranging from L40–175mm × W40–110mm, this Single Wet Tissue Packaging Machine offers excellent flexibility for various product formats. Advanced hot-melt sealing ensures strong, reliable edges, with optional “V” or straight tear design. Combining efficiency, precision, and versatility, it is widely used for baby wipes, cosmetic wipes, and on-the-go cleaning products, making it an ideal solution for OEM and ODM manufacturers.
Fold non-woven fabric according to customer’s requirements
(Max. 10 vertical folds and 4 horizontal folds).
Fold the film and form it into bags. The sensor ensures precise positioning,
avoiding blank edges and faulty forming.
Fix the size of non-woven fabric after folding. Servo-controlled feeding
ensures accurate cutting according to customer requirements.

Contact parts are made of stainless steel. Imported metering pump
ensures high accuracy (±0.01ml).
Hot sealing for secure bag closure. Steel letters can be changed
for date and code printing. Tear notch options: “V” or straight.
Finished products are discharged by manipulator, automatically counted,
arranged, and conveyed for efficient workflow.
